Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Donations

Donations made to Anmol Educational And Social Welfare Society are generally non-refundable, as they are used to support our charitable activities.

2. Refund Requests

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

Duplicate transactions
Incorrect donation amount due to technical error
Unauthorized transactions

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction with:

Transaction ID
Donation date
Reason for refund
Proof of payment

Approved refunds will be credited within 7–14 business days and credited to the original payment method.

5. Cancellation of Recurring Donations

You may cancel recurring donations at any time by:

Logging into your donor account (if applicable), or

All refund and cancellation decisions rest solely with Anmol Educational And Social Welfare Society.
